Tatarstan Research and Development Drawing and Designing Establishment of Power Industry specializes on designing and researching works and services on engineering construction guiding.
The Company’s staff make up about  100 people.

“TatNIPIEnergoprom” is a brand new stage in development of project subdivision in the Republic’s Power System which traces its history from 1948 when a planning and design office was founded in “Tatenergo”. This office provided with solution of project tasks that actively developing power system faced, a number of its developments were proved by copyright certificates.

1989 – The office became a part of Engineering Centre “Energoprogress” (Kazan).
1998 – The office was expanded by a group of leading experts from Privolzhsky branch of “VNIPIenergoprom”, OJSC.
2000 – A dapertment of integrated designing was created on the base of the office.
2003 – Engineering Centre “Energoprogress” was reformed and became a part of “KER-Holding”.
2005 – an independent structure – “TatNIPIenergoprom” was created on the base of the department of integrated designing.
Since 2008, the Project Institute has been functioning within “KER-Engineering”.

“TatNIPIEnergoprom” is the General Designer in the Power System of Tatarstan.
The design institute is incorporated in the list of entities involved in activities in design and engineering of gas production, boiler inspection and petrochemical facilities by the Department for Technical and Environmental Supervision (Russian Federal Service for Ecological, Technical and Atomic Supervision) in Republic of Tatarstan.
