Engineering guiding of water treatment and water-chemical mode of heat power equipment

• Adjustment of water and condensate treatment plants, water-chemical mode of heat power equipment with delivery of parameter charts;
• Diagnostic study of water treatment system condition and water-chemical mode of heat power equipment with offers on their upgrading;
• Chemical heat tests of boilers and evaporators with determination of quality rates for feed water and boiler water;
• Prestart and operational chemical treatment of boilers and adjustment of heat and power equipment conservation diagrams;
• Ultimate analysis of all water types, qualitative and quantitative composition of depositions from surfaces of heat power equipment with selection of their removal technologies;

Chemical and analytical studies and developments

• Quantitative chemical analysis of:
- Waste, storm and melt waters, underwaters, surface waters of natural objects, waters of pressure-observation wells;
- Industrial emissions and composition of flue gases;
- Working area air and indoor area air; 
• Overall performance check of pulverized-coal and gas treatment plants;
• Rendering of methodic help and consulting services (preparation for qualification and accreditation) to sewage labs.
• Development of new methods for quantitative chemical analysis.

Metrological supply of power resource production, consumption and transportation

• Works on repair, calibration (reparation for calibration test), adjustment of measuring devices of all types;
• Performing especially exact measurements;
• Handling of work together with regional Center for Standardization and Metrology on calibration test of current and voltage transformers (up to 110 kV), channels of Automated Information and Measurement Systems of Electric Energy Commercial Accounting, Automated Process Control Systems;
• Introduction of measuring systems of fuel oil level, chemical agents (acid, alkali, coagulant, transformer and turbine oils, technical fluids);
• Development and introduction of Automated System of fuel oil technical accounting;
• Measuring of electrical power values and quality levels of electric energy.
In addition:
• Performing system analysis of measuring device condition, monitoring and test to define priorities in solving problems of production metrological supply and distribution of heat and electric energy.
• Development of management and technical plans on the site to raise production efficiency on the basis of metrological supply progress.

• Carrying out qualification of working places;
• Monitoring of industrial environment on working places;
• Carrying out measures of physical factors (noise, infra sound, microclimate, photic environment parameters, electromagnetic fields) on enterprises' territories including sanitary protection zone;
• Carrying out electromagnetic monitoring in office rooms with development of recommendations about electromagnetic environment normalization on working places;
• Measuring and estimation of dangerous and harmful industrial chemical factors for qualification of working places and industrial inspection.
