Hardware and software “KER AT”
Hardware and software “KER AT” is designed for automation of process control and management in all operational modes for power equipment (boiler units running on any type of fuel, turbogenerators, gas-turbine plants, etc.) as well as their assemblies (power units) including all auxiliary process units.
Field of application: measurement, control and regulation of process parameters at power objects.
Hardware and software “GRP”
Hardware and software “GRP” is designed for:
- Automatic, remote and local manual control of gas control plant process;
- process paratmetrs regulation, implementation of equipment process protections and interlocks;
- Information acquisition of process parameters, current processing, primiry information storage and data exchange with the operating dispatch system.
System functions:
• Automatic remote and manual control of gas distribution point equipment;
• Providing functional group control;
• Automatic regulation of process parameters;
• Diagnostics and protection of controlled equipment;
• Information acquisition of process parameters, current processing, primary information storage and data exchange with the upper tier system (the central control room), display of process run on Operator’s Workstation screens at gas distribution point.
Hardware and software “FOW”
Hardware and software “FOW” is designed for automation of water chemical treatment processes.
Hardware provides:
- Automatic regulation of process parameters of controlled processes according to the defined setpoints;
- Equipment automatic regulation – functional group control;
- Equipment manual (local) control from local control desks;
- Equipment manual (remote) control from panels of Control Cabinet Operators and central control room;
- Process protection, alarm, interlock, etc.
The following subsystems are included into the base of water treatment units automation complex:
• Automatic Process Control System of preliminary water treatment (lime facilities, clarifiers, lime and alkali solution preparation units);
• Automatic Process Control System of water mechanical treatment (mechanical filters);
• Automatic Process Control System of ionic filtering (H-cationite filters, anionite filters, lime and alkali regeneration solution preparation units);
• Automatic Process Control System of pump stations (for backwash, heating network feeding, etc.).
Hardware and software is built on the base of Siemens equipment and software.
Hardware and software “Potok”
Hardware and software “Potok” is designed for automatic control and monitoring of pump station process operational modes.
“Potok” is used in water supply systems, heating systems, fire-extinguisher systems, boiler supply systems and water transportation systems as well as in industrial and process support systems in chemical and oil industries. Besides, “Potok” can operate as a part of control systems at Thermal Power Plants, boiler rooms and heating points.
Hardware and software “DATS”
Designed for:
- measurement of process parameters of electric energy transferring and distribution;
- process parameter control at electric substations and electric stations;
- creation of information and management systems for automation of electric energy transferring and distribution processes;
- dispatch control of objects in normal and emergency operational modes.
Hardware and software “CONTUR-SID” for HP deaerator test stand control
The complex is designed for automatic control of equipment process operational modes for test stands and automatic lines; Complexes can operate independently or as a part of control systems at departments, factories and plants.

Complete pump stations
We produce complete pump stations ready to commissioning pump plants with the use of 1 - 6 pumps that allows changing supply in a wide range.
The devices are constructed on the basis of certificated automated control system for pump stations “Potok” with application of the frequency-regulated drive.
Each installation has one or several reserve pumps that are automatically switched on when main pumps fail.
Field of application: Cold and hot water supply of buildings and housing developments; heating systems, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, process supply systems in the industry; fire-extinguishing systems.
System functions:
• Pressure (level, flow, temperature) maintenance at the outlet of pump unit group in automatic mode;
• Smooth startup of pump units;
• Running of second in status pump when the main pump is failed;
• Automatic rotation of pump units for the purpose of steady loading;
• Protection of pump units in emergency situations;
• Alarms, display and data input by Operator interactively by means of control board LCD-screen;
• Automatic logging of operation time and emergency situation causes in the Controller memory.
The system is implemented on the base of Siemens.
High-voltage frequency transducers
High-voltage frequency transducers “TEK” are intended for frequency startup and rotation velocity regulation of asynchronous motors with 250 – 5000kW closed-circuit rotor (rated voltage is 3, 6, 10kV).
Frequency transducers “TEK” implement direct conversion of input high voltage (without use of 50Hz step-down and step-up transformers). Up-to-date technical solutions of high voltage conversion by means of fully-controlled semiconductor devices are implemented in these transducers that provides sine current form in motor winding with minor distortion which eliminates losses in the motor.
Information signs and tablets on labour safety, flow diagrams
We produce:
